This notice describes the information collected through the Evolve Spatial trial form on 3dobs.com, operated by MetaSpatial Solutions.
What we collect
Your name, organization, email address, requested workspace name and trial request details. We also keep the request time, a request reference and limited technical information to prevent misuse. The form does not collect a password, payment details or project files.
How we use it
To send a confirmation link, verify your email address, reserve your workspace name and arrange trial activation. Verified requests are emailed to contact@meta-spatial.io for onboarding. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or create a paid subscription.
Where it is stored
Trial requests are stored in the Evolve AWS environment in Sydney, Australia. Access is limited to the people and services needed to operate trial onboarding. We do not display your email or other personal details in the public availability checker.
Reservations and retention
Confirmation links expire after 30 minutes. A name is reserved for 7 days only after email confirmation. Unconfirmed verification records older than 24 hours and mail queue records older than 30 days are removed when a new verification request is processed. Pending request records are removed from the landing-page database after 90 days. If a trial is activated, workspace data and retention arrangements are confirmed separately during onboarding.
Cookies and technical records
The form uses a temporary essential cookie to protect submissions. Technical request logs and short-lived, pseudonymous network identifiers help prevent abuse. We do not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics to the trial form.
Embedded video
The landing page includes a YouTube video using its privacy-enhanced player. Loading or interacting with the player connects your browser to YouTube/Google, which may process technical and playback information under their privacy policy.
